Eric Sinoway is a transformational executive, nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and best-selling author. 

Sinoway's areas of expertise include partnership development, marketing, fundraising, and general management. Recent activity entails machine learning, Chat GPT-3, and the intersection of artificial intelligence and its impact on higher education and organizational learning and development.

Sinoway’s experience crosses many industries, with particular depth in the hospitality & service, nonprofit, and consumer brand sectors. He is an accomplished marketeer, outstanding writer, sought-after speaker and advisor, successful fundraiser, and inspiring leader. His book, Howard’s Gift: Uncommon Wisdom to Inspire Your Life’s Work, is sold globally. 

Sinoway has worked with and on behalf of some of the world’s most valuable brands, respected organizations, and influential leaders. Notable experiences include executing a $750 million alliance as the President of a partnership development consultancy (Axcess Worldwide); transforming a niche magazine into a modern media company as its CEO (Worth); raising $34 million dollars as a prolific advancement professional at Harvard; leading alliance activity at a global digital content company (Mood); and transforming the partnership program from a cost to a profit center at a Fortune 500 conglomerate (Cendant).

Sinoway is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lifespan Research Foundation, an offshoot of the Harvard Study of Adult Development that inspired one of the ten most viewed TED Talks of all time (>40 million views). He has overseen the activities of a corporate foundation, launched a national digital divide program with Arnold Schwarzenegger’s charity (After-School All-Stars), and conducted research and published thought leadership with iconic Harvard Business School professor, Howard H. Stevenson – the person described by Forbes as ‘Harvard’s Lion of Entrepreneurship’ and the founding president of Baupost (AUM $32 Bn).
